    For the NT

    Bought these recently for a trip to the NT. Sweet buy, right purchase for walking and trekking across the NT. Comfortable and kept the water out. Happy camper here.

    Very bad customer support

    I placed an order, and received, the shoes. Awesome product. Less than 5ks of wearing them, one lace broke. I got in touch with customer service for direction. I supplied info requested as well as photos and a description of whats happened. I was told I would get a new set of laces shipped out express. Its been two weeks and still to receive any additional communication or reply emails, not to mention about the laces. My emails go unanswered - product is falling apart less than a week of owning them. Even though their previous products were good, I will refrain from purchasing Salomon products because of their poor customer service

    Best hiking sy

    Order was for my husband. This was his sixth pair from you since 2011. However the right shoe does not fit very well. It seems too wide across the toes, and it’s difficult to tighten, so the fit is not good. I still have two older pairs and they fit perfectly so it is not a change in the shape of my foot

    2. Make sure you are wearing the same socks that you would normally wear with this type of shoe
    3. Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
    4. Then use a pen to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat for both feet and take the longer distance to determine your size.
    5. Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find your size.
