These are the thinnest fit shoes I've ever come across, mountain goats would struggle to fit their hooves in them - but the real audacity is the fifteen bucks Salomon charge to return goods, in this day and age! I just sent some clothing items back to China with a free returns slip, never mind to a warehouse up the road from a company that blatantly mis-sells their shoes by not mentioning they're a narrow fit, never mind the giant red banner such ridiculously thing shoes should have - I could fit them in my old shoes!!

I had to buy a new pair of these shoes because of a flaw in the design in my previous pair. My previous shoes were in a relatively unused state (ie complete tread etc, they were just unwearable because of a weakness in the heel which made them unwearable. I wrote in about this, and received no reply, and then ended up buying a new pair. A few days later I saw multiple reviews online, indicating the issue I experienced, was a common and known flaw in the shoe. To top it off the shoes went 50% off the week later. I feel really ripped off. As a loyal Salomon customer, I feel a discount would have been deserved
