The festive season is here! To help you plan your orders and avoid delays, we’ve outlined key delivery cut-off dates and our warehouse operating schedule. Please review the details below so you can shop with confidence.

From Australia Post:Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

•Parcel Post (Standard):

   • NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS: 19 December

   • WA: 18 December

   • NT: 16 December

• Express Post:

   • Most metro areas: 23 December

   • WA & NT: 22 December

Orders placed after these dates may arrive after Christmas. More information provided by AusPost here.

Christmas Warehouse Closure

Our team will be taking a short break to celebrate the holidays. The warehouse will be closed on25–28 December 2025. During this time, no orders will be packed or shipped.

Orders placed while we’re closed will be processed and dispatched from29th December 2025. We appreciate your patience and recommend placing your order early to avoid any delays. 

New Year Warehouse Closure

To kick off the new year, our warehouse will be closed from1–5 January 2026. Any orders placed from the 31st of December 2025 will be dispatched starting6 January 2026.

This short pause allows our team to recharge and prepare for an exciting year ahead.
