    Good shoe, misleading sizing & poor customer service

    I ordered the Outrise GTX after having a pair of the Outline GTX shoes that had served me well. I ordered the same US9 size but found that the Outrise is a much bigger shoe and was too too big for me. After speaking with Salomon Australia they informed me that, they only offer a return service and refund and that I couldn't just exchange them for the smaller size. As I had bought them on sale, they couldn't give me the same sale price, so I just returned the shoes for a refund. I felt disappointed that there was no attempt to help resolve the situation and offer the same price from the original purchase which was only 3 days prior. Good shoes, poor customer service.

    Color and materials

    The colour was not same as the picture at the website I don't think the inner sewing of shoes is professional

    Best Shoes for Hike and Bushwalk

    These shoes are very comfortable, I now not only wear for bushwalk and hike but also for regular day to day use. Expensive than other brands but value for money.

    3. Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
    4. Then use a pen to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat for both feet and take the longer distance to determine your size.
    5. Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find your size.
