I mean its a killer running vest. Been doing 25km long runs so far in it, and its helping me take my long run to new levels as I train for a marathon, carrying gels, electrolyte mix waters, lollies etc. I can carry my phone, keys, a water proof running jacket, arm warmers, gloves. There is no bounce, you dont notice its on you and im running under 5min kms in this thing bouncing along. Its brilliant.
