    Uncomfortable and no return policy

    The plastic guards on the sides of these shoes make it uncomfortable. There was a no return policy because it was a sale item, but this was not made clear to me when I made the purchase. Very poor customer service.

    Great versatile shoe

    I replaced my old XA Pro 3D goretex walking shoes for these new ones and am pleased with the soft cuff and stable sole of these X Ultra 4 goretex. Overall fit is similar to my old ones, so I could keep my regular size. I also really like the colour combination. The shoes are easy for everyday walking and for bushwalking. I use them daily for walking my dogs and during weekends for hikes.

    Shoe fits well, true to size. Excellent toe space, considering I have wide feet and its a standard fit. Comfortable and light in weight, good flexibility and holds it grip when ascending (on my hike). Did some short trail running and was comfortable. Tested for waterproof and great so far, the only thing I found was the lace system, it needed adjusting several times. In comparison, my speedcross 4 has better lacing. Overall I would recommend this shoe.
