    Great shoes but short laces

    These are fabulous shoes but I need the laces to be about 3 cm longer to allow my foot to enter more freely.

    Good fit!

    Great fit but the laces should be just a touch longer. The short laces make it hard to get your foot in the shoe.

    Something wrong with these shoes. It’s like there is a golf ball on the inside heel of the sole. Almost unusable:( no wonder they were cheap :(

    Customer care was so bad no solution and so confusing I havent receive the shoes that they say will send the correct one or any refund but i did return the wrong shoes

    2. Make sure you are wearing the same socks that you would normally wear with this type of shoe
    3. Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
    4. Then use a pen to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat for both feet and take the longer distance to determine your size.
    5. Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find your size.
