    Size change??

    I’ve had many pairs of Salmon shoes including Speedcross before . I needed a pair in a hurry for an unexpected event in a hurry so ordered on line direct. Sadly they are too small. My fault. I needed them in a hurry and I was unable to use them. Just feeding back that what has previously fitted well and been a favourite is no longer my size.

    Previously had Speedcross 4 an d lived them, these Speedcross 6 are even better

    Overall a good shoe for trail running and hiking.

    I bought size UK 7.5. I find it overall a good shoe for trail running and hiking. It is relatively light but not the lightest. It fits snuggly to my feat but I would liked it to be a bit more wider. I found the cushioning ok but the foot protection is excellent. I felt comfortable running on uneven terrain and also on wet and muddy conditions. However, I felt wet inside the shoe while running through very shallow water but there was no sign that my socks were actually wet. The best part of the shoe is the quicklace system but this shoe does not have a pocket to tuck the shoe lace in. The worst part is the look of the shoe - I would loved to show off the "Salomon" name but it is hardly visible.

    3. Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
    4. Then use a pen to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat for both feet and take the longer distance to determine your size.
    5. Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find your size.
