    Buy a shoe-horn

    Lovely to wear - once you get the shoe on. Very tight and narrow elasticated opening with no pull on loop at the back of the shoe (why???) so you have to jam a finger in to try to get your foot in. Super painful - enough to not want to put the shoes on a second time. Should have returned them but just bought a shoe horn and it's made it a bit easier.

    The inner sock layer

    The first stage of breaking in by easy jogging and running for 25km was totally fine. However, after broken in and the fabrics started feeling soft and moulded onto my feet, the front edge part of the inner sock really started digging into my ankle when I went for 10km running. I noticed that the stitching along the edge of the inner sock layer and also the stitching on the speed lace pocket were preventing the fabrics from stretching(of course that’s what they are for). But the stitchings didn’t stretch. And the other fabrics got soften up. No wonder stitchings started digging into my ankle. I found several reviews about the inner sock issue of this product on the internet. Unfortunately it happened to me.

    Buy a shoehorn!

    Beautiful to run in but difficult and painful to get on with very narrow and tight elastic opening for foot to slide into - and I have small feet!

    2. Make sure you are wearing the same socks that you would normally wear with this type of shoe
    3. Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
    4. Then use a pen to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat for both feet and take the longer distance to determine your size.
    5. Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find your size.
